1/4 Cup, whole Almonds
1 Kernel Brazilnuts
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
1 Cup Coconut Water (Liquid From Coconuts)
2 Date, pitted Dates
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Leaf Chard
1 Cup, chopped Collards
1 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Cup Spinach
2 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 Cup Parsley
1/4 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
Soak almonds 12-24 hours to active enzymes.
Almond-Coconut Milk: Drain almonds and add to high speed blender with all ingredients up to and inclulding the banana.
Purée until smooth.
Set aside.
Green Juice: Extract juice from remaining ingredients using a single or double auger juicer for best extraction.
Stir juice into milk and drink immediately.
