7 Tbsp Oatmeal
1/3 Oz (19 halves per) Pecans
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Kernels
2/3 Tbsp Pumpkin And Squash Seed Kernels
2/3 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/4 Raisins Raisins
1/2 Cup, whole Strawberries
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
12 Almond Almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp, whole Flaxseed
1/2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
6 Cube Ice Cubes


Grind oats, almonds, and flax seeds up to a chunky consistency in your choice of food processor or blender (if it can handle it).

Add the oat-almond-flaxseed mixture to the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are mixed together.
