1 Cup shredded Lettuce
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Cup chopped Carrots
1 Cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2 Fruit Clementines
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Coconut Meat
1 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts
Blend the romaine and coconut milk until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients (*except for the pistachios and coconut*) and blend again until smooth.
Top with a few chopped pistachios and coconut and enjoy!
