Ingredients

1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1 Extra large Egg
1 Muffin English Muffins
1 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
1/4 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 Leaf, whole Basil

Directions

Preheat broiler to high.

Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and place over medium-heat.

Crack egg into pan and cook until yolk reaches desired doneness.

Top one half of the English muffin with the sliced tomato and then shredded mozzarella.

Place it on a baking sheet, along with the other half of the English muffin.

Slide under the broiler.

Broil until the cheese is melted and browned in places.

Remove from the oven and add the fried egg and the fresh basil.

Top with the other half of the English muffin.
