1 Tsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Clove Garlic
7 Oz Brie Cheese
36 Slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Sourdough Bread
Set out butter and cheese and allow to soften to room temperature.
Thinly slice bread diagonally to make 36 small pieces.
Preheat oven to 350F with rack in middle.
Remove wrappings from cheese, then enclose cheese in box and bake
on a baking sheet 20 minutes.
Let stand while making toasts.
Meanwhile, mince and mash garlic to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt, then stir together with paprika and butter.
Spread butter thinly onto bread and bake until just crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut off top rind of cheese and serve cheese warm with toasts.
