Ingredients

4 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
4 Oz Cheddar Cheese
3 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
4 Strip Bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Cover with cheese and top with sliced jalapenos.

Cut the bacon in half and drape over the chicken

Transfer to the foil lined baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

If the chicken is done and the bacon is not, put it under the broiler for a few minutes.
