Ingredients

1 Cup Steel Cut Organic Oats
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1 Oz (19 halves per) Pecans

Directions

Cook steel cut oats according to packaged directions, usually about 20-30 minutes.

Once oats are cooked, stir in cinnamon and vanilla and mix well.

Top with sliced apples and pecans, and enjoy!
