1 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
1 Medium Egg
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Honey
3 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Combine all ingredients (excluding maple syrup) in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Heat a non-stick pan and coat with non-stick spray.
Spoon batter into pan to desired pancake size.
Flip when bubbles appear and brown evenly on the other side.
Serve hot with maple syrup.
Enjoy!
Recipe should yield about 8 small pancakes; 4 pancakes is 1 serving.
