Ingredients

4 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Water
2 Extra large Egg
1 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Stir almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth.

Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry (about 3 to 5 minutes).

Flip and cook until browned on the other side (another 3 to 5 minutes).

Repeat until you've used up all the batter, and enjoy with maple syrup on top.

Potential substitutions: vegetable oil or butter instead of coconut oil; regular or almond milk instead of water; honey instead of syrup.
