2 Cup Chicken Broth
3 1 Cup Water
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
16 Oz Italian Sausage
3 Cup, chopped Kale
2 Cup chopped, (1/2" pieces) Cauliflower
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepperr Flakes
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Brown sausage in saucepan with chopped onion and garlic.
Add water, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper.
Simmer broth for half hour.
Add butter, kale and cauliflower and cook for roughly 15 minutes, until cauliflower and kale is tender.
Minutes before serving, add a splash of heavy cream.
