2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Package (10 oz) Onions
1 1/3 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
2 Medium Carrots
1 Lb Ground Turkey
6 Fl oz Beer
2 Cup (4 fl oz) Chicken Broth Soup
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
3 Tsp, ground Cumin
4 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Large Zucchini
1 3/4 Cup Kidney Beans
1 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro


In a large pot on medium high heat, add oil and saute onion, garlic, pepper, carrots and, optionally, turkey, until onions become translucent and turkey is browned.

Reduce to low heat, add beer, broth and spices and bring to a simmer.

Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add zucchini and beans and continue to simmer for one hour.

Season to taste.

Serve with garnish.
