10 Oz Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/3 Cup Mixed Vegetables
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Fl oz Cooking Wine
1 1/2 Cup White Beans
Cut chicken into strips.
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan or wak over medium-high heat and fry chicken strips until just about to color.
Add the chopped vegetables and toss around again until they begin to soften, then add the soy sauce and cooking wine.
Once the heat is back up and sizzling, add the drained beans and toss everything to coat.
Serve hot and enjoy!
