1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Cranberries
1/2 Oz (approx 60 pcs) Semisweet Chocolate
Store the coconut milk in the fridge for at least 12-24 hours.
Scoop out the thick part of the coconut milk leaving the water behind.
Whip with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in berries.
Top with chocolate shavings or chips.
