Watermelon Salad Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup, cooked Couscous
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Salt
5 Cup, balls Watermelon
6 Oz Feta Cheese
1 Cup leaves, whole Basil

Directions

Prepare couscous as per package directions, drain well, and place into a large bowl.

As couscous cooks, stir together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey.

Pour half of mixture over drained pasta in bowl and toss.

Season with salt taste.

Allow to cool.

Add watermelon, feta, and basil to couscous, add remaining lemon juice mixture and toss to evenly coat.
