2 3/4 Oz Roasted Red Peppers
1/4 Cup, sliced Onions
1/2 Cup Spinach
Spread hummus onto the slices of bread.
Top one of the slices with the roasted red peppers, onion, and spinach.
Finish with remaining slice of bread.
