1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
0 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Sausage Quorn Sausages
6 Extra large Egg
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
Coat your most effective non-stick pan with some butter and heat to medium.
Once butter has melted toss in the diced onions and tomatoes, sauté until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add in the quorn sausages.
When sausages are browning turn heat to lowest setting and toss in the 6 beaten eggs.
Cook until the eggs are mostly set.
Put in the cheese and continue scrambling until eggs are entirely cooked through to your desired doneness.
Move to a plate and enjoy!
