3 Tbsp Miso
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Small (3" long) Scallions
4 Cup Vegetable Broth
2 Tbsp Ginger
3 Oz Tofu
1 1/4 Cup chopped Broccoli
Clean and thinly slice garlic and green onion
Chop broccoli and tofu into bite sized chunks
add all chopped ingredients to vegetable broth and bring to a boil
add miso paste and stir, allow to cool then serve
