1 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup chopped Carrots
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onions
1/2 Cup Peas
2 Medium Egg
Cook brown rice according to package directions and chop the carrots.
In a frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and then onions, peas, and carrots.
After 5 minutes of cooking, add your eggs and scramble until eggs are set.
Mix into the rice and enjoy!
