1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
3 Extra large Egg
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup

Directions

Melt the butter.

Mostly cook the vegetables.

Add the beaten eggs and then salt to the pan.

Allow to cook until desired doneness.

Serve with tomato sauce.
