8 Oz Whole Wheat Pasta
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 Clove Garlic
10 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1/4 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cup Water
10 Leaf, whole Basil
10 Tbsp Parsley
Combine all ingredients (excluding basil and parsley) in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and let boil until pasta is tender, about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
Drain excess water.
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with fresh basil and parsley and enjoy!
