Ingredients

5 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup Hummus
1 Can Canned Black Beans
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1 3/4 Cup Corn
1/2 Onion Onions
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Drain and rinse beans and corn.

Chop veggies and cilantro.

Slather the tortillas with hummus, getting it all the way to the edges.

Distribute all toppings amongst tortillas and roll tortillas up tightly.

Gently slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
