2 Pieces Meatless Meatballs
2 Cup, shredded Cabbage
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
1 Tbsp Vinegar
0 Tsp Celery Seed
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2/3 Cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce
12 Roll (1 oz) Dinner Rolls
PREP: Chop the scallions and cabbage finely enough to make a slaw.
Cook the meatballs according to the package/recipe directions (this recipe uses the packaged Trader Joe's meatless meatballs).
Toss the cabbage and scallions with the vegan mayo, cider vinegar, and celery seed; season with a quarter teaspoon each salt and pepper.
Toss the meatballs with the barbecue sauce.
Dividing evenly, top the rolls with the meatballs and slaw.
