10 Date, pitted Dates
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Dash Salt
2 Medium (3" dia) Apples
If your dates aren’t fresh (plump and squishy), soak them in warm water for an hour or two.
When they feel soft and look more hydrated drain and rinse them.
In a food processor or a high powered blender process the pitted dates, almond milk, and salt until the dates are smooth and creamy and resemble a caramel-like consistency.
Serve with apple slices and enjoy!
