4 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2 Tbsp Cocoa
Preparation time depends on how cold your freezer is.
Slice the bananas (thinner the better) and let them freeze for about an hour or until frozen through.
Now add the frozen banana slices to your food processor and beat.
When it's a gooey and cold mix, add the cocoa powder and beat even more.
My tip for it to feel like a soft-serve ice cream is to add something between a tbsp and a shot of liquor, beat more, and freeze.
For me it's the perfect texture (but also adds calories)
