2 Grams Wheat Flour
1/4 Grams Cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Grams Sugar
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinega
Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Stir into the sugar until well combined.
Mix the olive oil and vinegar with 1 cup of water.
Combine wet and dry mixture throughly.
Heat the oven up to 350°F.
Divide between cup cake cases.
Pour into cases, filling 3/4 of the way
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
Will be firm and springy when finished.
