3/4 Cup, shredded Cabbage
3 Tenders Gardein Chicken Tenders
3 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
12 Tsp Franks Redhot Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
3 Roll Hamburger Bun
Chop the scallions and cabbage finely enough to make a slaw.
Cook the vegan chicken tenders according to the package/recipe directions.
Toss the cabbage and scallions with the vegan mayo, salt, and pepper.
Mix the hot sauce with the ranch.
Toss the tenders with the hot sauce.
Dividing evenly on the ciabatta buns and top with the slaw.
