13 Cup leaves, whole Basil
1 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
6 Slice, medium (4" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Sourdough Bread
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive oil.
Pulse until evenly chopped.
Slowly add in the olive oil through the top of the processor.
Pulse until evenly combined, but not completely smooth.
Serve on crusty bread.
