1 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Cup slices Cucumber
1 Medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
1 Tbsp Olives
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Toast the bread.
Mash the avocado.
Slice the cucumber and radishes, and chop the olives.
Put everything on the toast, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
