2 Cup Whole Milk
3 Extra large Egg
4 2/3 Tbsp Aspartame
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper.

Whisk together the milk, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.

Pour this mixture into the dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Place the dish into a bigger dish and fill this bain-marie half full for cold water (to make a hot water bath).

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cream is firm to the touch.

Serve warm or cold.
