8 Shell Puff Pastry
6 2/3 Oz Caramel Cookie Bars, Singles
1 Large Egg
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Roll the puff pastry out and cut it in half lengthways.
Cut each half into long triangles then working from the longest end, place the chocolate bar on the puff pastry and roll up.
Brush with egg wash then place on a lined baking tray.
Bake until golden, about 10-15 minutes.
