1 Lb Ground Turkey
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Pepper Or Hot Sauce
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Dash Salt
1 1/2 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil


Turn on the oven to 350 ° F before you start with the preparation.

Mince the garlic.

Cut the tops off the peppers, remove the seeds and leave aside.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic.

Allow it to turn light brown and then add the chopped onion.

Stir for a few minutes, until the onions start to turn slightly golden brown in color.

Add the ground meat and stir until the meat changes color.

Break apart the ground meat into fine pieces using a wooden spoon as the meat will turn lumpy at first.

Now add the hot sauce, paprika, nutmeg, salt and seasoning, and mix well.

Turn off the heat and leave the meat filling aside.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Stuff the green peppers with the meat filling until almost full.

Place in oven.

After 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese over the meat and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
