1 Muffin English Muffins
10 Leaf Spinach
1/2 Oz Basil Pesto


Remove uncooked turkey sausage from casing and form into a patty.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add patty to the pan.

Cook until patty is browned on each side and evenly cooked through.

Set aside.

Slice english muffin in half and spread pesto onto both halves.

Place cooked patty onto only half, top with spinach, and finish with remaining muffin half.

Microwave for 1 min until warm.
