1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3/4 Cup chopped Onions
1 Lb Ground Turkey
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
12 Leaf, medium Lettuce
1 Cup, crumbled Mexican Cheese
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Cup Sour Cream


Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat

Add onion and sauté 2 minutes.

Add turkey and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook through

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, tomato sauce, and chicken broth.

Reduce to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes until sauce has reduced.

Serve mixture over lettuce leaves with desired toppings (cheese, avacado, tomato, cilantro, onion, sour cream).
