12 Oz Hashbrowns
7 Serving 2 oz Kielbasa
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepperr
1/2 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Bell Pepperr
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Cook hashbrowns according to package directions.
In a separate skillet, brown the sliced kielbasa for around 5 minutes in 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Remove the kielbasa from the pan and set aside.
Add the peppers and onions to the skillet and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes, or until softened, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked hashbrowns and kielbasa to the skillet with the onions and peppers and mix everything together.
Serve hot and enjoy!
