Ingredients

4 Leaf outer Lettuce
4 Slice Deli Cut Turkey
4 Tbsp Goat Cheese
4 Tbsp Mixed Nuts
1 Fruit Avocados
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper

Directions

Top each lettuce leaf with a turkey slice.

Spread each turkey slice with 1 tbsp goat cheese.

Sprinkle 1 tsp nuts on each roll and top with 1 sliced avocado.

Roll and garnish with chopped bell pepper, if desired.
