Ingredients

1 Medium Egg
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
2 Tbsp Hummus
1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper
1/3 Medium Pickles
1/2 Cup grated Carrots
1/2 Cup, solid or chunks Tuna

Directions

Boil egg, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes before shelling and chopping.

Heat your tortilla in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Chop remaining ingredients and mix well.

Assemble mixture in the tortilla wrap.
