1 Can Tuna
1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat broiler to high heat.
Combine tuna, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onions, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Mix until well-combined.
Slice peppers in half and fill with tuna mixture.
Top with cheese.
Place on cookie sheet and broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
