1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Peppers Sauce
2 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
1 Medium Egg
2 Can (12.5 oz), drained Tuna
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (excluding oil).
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Divide the mixture into 4 parts.
With each part, form into a ball and then flatten into a patty
Heat the olive oil in a cast iron or non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
Gently place the patties in the pan, and cook until nicely browned, 3-4 minutes on each side.
