1/3 Cup, pureed Avocados
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Oz Tuna
1 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
2 Leaf inner Lettuce
2 Slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
2 Slice, regular Rye Bread
Combine avocado with lemon juice, and fold in tuna.
Stack tomato, lettuce, onion, and avocado and tuna mixture on bread for an open-face sandwich.
