2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Cup, sliced Cucumber
1/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
2/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2/3 Tbsp chopped Scallions
1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed
PREPARATION: Chop cucumber, cilantro, and scallions.
Grind coriander and cumin.
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Season to
taste with salt.
Chill raita, covered, until ready
to serve.
