1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce
2 1/2 Cup Tortellini
1 Oz Parmesan Cheese
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped pepper and cook until tender.
Pour sauce over top and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and let cook.
In a large pot of salted water boil tortellini until al dente.
Drain well.
Place tortellini on a serving platter and pour tomato sauce mixture evenly over pasta.
Sprinkle cheese over sauce and serve.
