1/3 Cup, chopped Onions
3 Cup, chopped Zucchini
1/2 Cup, chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
5 1 Oz Italian Passata Sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 3/4 Tbsp Parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Chop vegetables into bite size pieces and place into an over safe dish.
Add passata, oil, and vinegar to pan and mix contents gently with a spoon.
Add in parsley.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes then remove and serve.
