1 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.

Beat eggs with half and half until slightly frothy.

Slice Avocado and tomatoes.

Put cheese in bottom of pie crust.

Place avocado and tomato on top of cheese.

Pour in egg mixture.
