1 Tbsp Butter
2 Slice large Multi-Grain Bread
1 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Chili Peppers
1 Tbsp chopped Onions
Heat grill pan with butter.
Top a slice of bread with cheese, chili peppers, and onions.
Finish with remaining slice of bread.
Transfer sandwich to grill and toast each side.
Once cheese has melted and bread has toasted, remove from pan and serve.
