8 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
4 Slice oval Sliced Ham
4 Oz Camembert Cheese
1 Medium Pears
1 1/2 Cup Arugula
3 Tbsp Butter
Toast bread lightly.
Top 4 of the slices with mustard, sliced ham, camembert, sliced pears, and arugula.
Top with remaining slices of bread.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add sandwiches to pan 1-2 at a time until bread browns and crisps up a bit more on both sides.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
