1 Cup White Rice
1 Medium Baby Carrots
1 Stalk, small (5" long) Celery
3 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
2 Cup, chopped Scallions
2 Can (12.5 oz), drained Tuna
6 Oz Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Hoisin Sauce
3 Tortilla Tortillas
Prepare rice as per package directions; set aside.
Start by chopping the carrots, celery, cilantro and green onion very finely.
Open 2 cans of tuna and drain.
Add the chopped vegetables and tuna to a bowl and mix very well.
Make sure the tuna is completely broken apart.
Add in 1 cup of cooked white rice.
Mix these ingredients very well.
Add in Sweet Thai Chili and Hoison sauce and mix to coat all ingredients.
Optional Note: Hoison sauce does add a nice flavour and adds to the authentic taste of the wrap; however, it’s very strong.
I used only 1 tsp.
I suggest not using any more than 1 tbsp (if you really like the taste).
Take about 1/2 cup and place on a tortilla.
Wrap it up and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds or in a toaster oven until light golden brown
