1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lb Beef Tenderloin
1 Cup, sliced Onions
1 Cup, sliced Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup, sliced Red Bell Pepper
2 Can Tomatoes
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
3 Cup White Rice
Prepare rice as per package directions.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cut steak into strips and fry with onions for 2-3 minutes until steak begins to brown and onions begin to become translucent.
Add sliced peppers and diced tomatoes.
Cook until peppers are tender, about 5-8 minutes more.
Season with salt and pepper, serve with cooked rice
