2 Strip Bacon
1 Medium bagel (3-1/2" to 4" dia) Bagels
1/4 Oz Real Mayonnaise
1/4 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
2 Leaf outer Lettuce
1/2 Tsp Pickle Relish
Cook bacon over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached; drain on paper towels.
While bacon is cooking, slice bagel in half and toast.
Top bagel halves with mayo.
Slice tomato into two thick slices and place on 1/2 of the bagel.
Add lettuce, rip the leaf into smaller chunks if it's hanging out too much.
Top with bacon and dollop with relish.
Bring bagel halves together and enjoy!
