1 Sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet Potato
1 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
1 Cup Silk Unsweetened
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Pepper
Bring chopped carrots and sweet potatoes to a boil; boil for 15 minutes until tender.
Transfer to a blender.
Purée with remaining ingredients until smooth.
