1/4 Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Coconut Water (Liquid From Coconuts)
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Soak seeds 12-24 hours in pure filtered water
Drain seeds and add to high speed blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add additional water, as desired.
